The FlexAbility Self-Learning Training

The world of work is characterized by constant change. Even before the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, there was a trend that many working people were working temporarily or constantly in different places and at different times. This trend towards location and time flexibility in work design and hybrid working will continue even after the pandemic: hybrid working with a colorful mix of work at the office and at home will no longer be the exception, but the rule.

Flexible working in terms of location and time can bring advantages for professionals and organizations as well as challenges. The advantages include a better balance between family and work, the organization of working hours according to the employees' own wishes, as well as higher employee satisfaction and increased productivity on the organizations' side.

However, if the boundaries between work and private life become blurred, it can be difficult to (1) mentally switch off from work, (2) seperate work and private life, (3) create a relaxing balance in everyday life and (4) organize work in the home office or on the go effectively .

The FlexAbility training has already been tested online with over 1,000 participants from a wide range of industries and professional groups. Its effectiveness in promoting well-being, balance between work and private life, relaxation and engagement at work has been successfully demonstrated.

This brochure on the FlexAbility self-learning training offers working people help in mastering the individual challenges of flexible work in terms of location and time, consciously drawing boundaries between work and private life, spending breaks and free time in a relaxing manner and effectively managing everyday working life in a healthy way design.
