Description:
As a project contractor of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health takes over the scientific project "Interaction work: effects and design of technological change (InWiGe)" of the funding program "Work of the Future: Working on and with People". In this context, BAuA explores how change in work affects working conditions and worker health in interaction work, and how it can be designed in a humane way using digital technologies. In addition, BAuA is responsible for the overseeing of the project network in the funding program.
The goal of the scientific project is to develop a toolbox with solutions for the analysis and design of interaction work based on the state of knowledge and to prepare it for practical use. At the same time, technological possibilities with regard to effects and support potentials for interaction work should be examined. Obstacles that prevent the implementation of the design solutions are taken into consideration and, where possible, appropriate solutions are identified. In the context of the support of the projects in the funding priority, the networking and integration of the findings is promoted and their generalisability and its boundaries are examined across different sectors and fields of activity.
