Description:
The design of healthy and competitive work facing demographic change requires adequate concepts to ensure the ability to work over the entire working life by applying ergonomic concepts.
The aim of the project is therefore to develop an ergonomic navigator which functions as "ergonomic glasses", inexpensively identifying deficits in the industrial design of work systems and deriving appropriate measures.
Within the project, BAuA mainly analyses the assessment procedure of physical stress and technologies for computer-aided detection of posture and movement. The aim is to evaluate their applicability in the context of work load and work stress rating. In addition, the BAuA supports the development of a working demonstrator based on the previously determined possibilities and limitations.
