Good Practice Awards

In cooperation with the Member States and the Council presidencies of the European Union, the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) organises the Healthy Workplaces Good Practice Awards as part of each Healthy Workplaces Campaign.

The awards are an important part of every campaign and helps to draw attention to the topic of safety and health at work. The competition serves as a platform for the exchange of information and the promotion of good practice examples throughout Europe.

The next Good Practice Award will launch in October 2026, together with the new Healthy Workplaces Campaign 2026-2028, "Together for mental health at work - preventing psychosocial risks at work". Information on how to participate, etc., will be provided on this page as usual.

Healthy Workplaces Good Practice Awards 2023-2025

The specific aim of the 2023-2025 Healthy Workplaces Good Practice Awards was to highlight outstanding examples of organisations that actively prevent OSH risks related to the introduction of digital systems in the workplace. EU-OSHA was looking for examples that demonstrate a holistic approach to OSH management, with both employers and employees committed to working together. The jury also looked for interventions that are both sustainable and transferable.

The winners were awarded at the campaign's closing event in December 2025.

From Germany, the companies Focke & Co and Stubbe GmbH were among the commended examples and were also invited to the closing event in Bilbao. In the award-winning "KI Cafe" project, employees were able to explore AI and build trust through interactive experiences and open discussions.
