Projektbeschreibung:

Currently an appropriate tier 2 model to estimate occupational exposure is lacking to assess chemical substances acc. to EC regulation 1907/2007 (REACH). In an European co-operation a new framework based on a mechanistic model and an empirical part with information from an exposure database will be developped. Both parts are to be combined using a Bayesian learning process to produce exposure distributions which reflect level and uncertainty of exposure.
